So I don't parachute in with a deck and leave. I embed as your fractional CISO, CIO, or CTO, own the roadmap, make the hard calls with you, and report it in language your team and board can act on. Cybersecurity, IT integration, and AI aren't three separate problems — I run them as one, through a method I built called A.C.T.U.A.L.
