Every signal needs a source.
The map connects USGS, NASA, GDACS, NOAA/NWS, EMSC and country-level IODA observations; the panels above add international news, official advisories, security research, disaster alerts and provider status. Cloudflare Radar network measurements appear in the DDoS panel when connected, with direct links to the provider. Filters apply to the latest reported event or observation time. NASA events are those marked open by EONET; USGS covers magnitude 2.5+ earthquakes. Coverage is not exhaustive.
Region filters use approximate geographic bounds. This is an awareness tool, not an emergency alert service or a personalized risk assessment. News and provider status are reported information; Radar is measured network activity; the catalog records known exploitation. None provides complete global coverage. Military and economic layers are not connected. Transport context adds Natural Earth airport and port reference locations; these are static geographic records, not current operations or disruption reports.
