This system is operated by QUONtech LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company. We act as the “Data Controller” for all user telemetry provided via this interface.

2. INFORMATION CATEGORIES & ACQUISITION

We collect only the hardware required for the mission. This includes Identifiers (Name, Email, IP Address), Commercial Information (Service interest), and Neural/Interaction Data (AI agent prompts).

3. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING & BREACH LIABILITY

Infrastructure Boundaries: We utilize professional-grade third-party infrastructure (hosting, AI model providers, and scheduling tools). These entities maintain independent security stacks.

Liability Disclaimer: QUONtech LLC does not control external environments. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUONtech LLC shall not be liable for any data breach, unauthorized access, or loss resulting from a compromise of a third-party provider’s systems.

Notification Protocol: In the event of a third-party breach, our sole obligation is to notify you within 45 days of being notified by said vendor, per 2026 standards.

4. GLOBAL USER RIGHTS

Regardless of location, all users hold the Right to Access, the Right to Correction, and the Right to “Zero-Fill” (permanent deletion) of their data logs.

Damage Cap: QUONtech LLC’s aggregate liability for any claim—including data breaches—is capped at $100.00 or the total fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months, whichever is lower.

Exclusion of Damages: We are not liable for consequential damages (lost profits, reputational harm) if the system goes offline or a third-party vendor is compromised. You assume all risks associated with data transmission.

3. JURISDICTION

Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any litigation must be filed in the courts of Oakland County.

1. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING (ADMT)

This site utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) and ADMT. These agents process inputs to generate responses based on probabilistic logic. Final maneuvers require human verification by Michael Reichstein.

2. AI LIABILITY SHIELD

Hallucination Risk: AI can produce logical errors. QUONtech LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content. We are not liable for biased or malicious outputs resulting from a compromise or “poisoning” of a third-party provider’s model.

Data Uplink: Interactions are processed on external neural racks. Do not input classified or sensitive data into the AI interface.
